Group sessions delivered live (virtual or on-site) for benefits cohorts, ERGs, or full workforces. Two-hour facilitated conversations on the topics most employees defer until crisis — aging parents, long-term care, end-of-life, major life and financial transitions.
Individual Coaching as a Benefit
Employees self-elect into one-on-one coaching across the six verticals — career, senior life, nurse, business, personal, and difficult-discussion follow-up. Held in confidence; the employer never receives clinical or personal detail, only aggregate utilization.
Advisory Retainer
A standing engagement with HR, benefits, or executive leadership to consult on population-health initiatives, communication around difficult transitions, and program design that reaches the workforce moments outside traditional EAP scope.
