Refund & Cancellation Policy.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all coaching, advisory, consulting, wellness, and educational services offered by Holistic Haven Advisory Group.
1. General Policy
All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in this Policy.
2. Coaching & Advisory Services
- Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- Late Cancellations / No-Shows: No refund.
- Rescheduling: Allowed once per session with 24-hour notice.
3. Programs, Packages & Multi-Session Bundles
- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have been used.
- After sessions begin, refunds are not provided.
- Unused sessions may be transferred to another program at our discretion.
4. Digital Products & Courses
- All digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
- If you experience technical issues, we will assist with access.
5. Clinical or Health-Adjacent Services
For services involving PHI or RN-adjacent offerings:
- Cancellations require 48 hours notice.
- No refunds for missed appointments.
- Rescheduling permitted with appropriate notice.
6. Events, Workshops & Group Programs
- Refunds available up to 14 days before the event.
- Within 14 days, no refunds are provided.
- Tickets may be transferred to another participant.
7. How to Request a Refund

Include your name, purchase date, and reason for request.
8. Policy Changes
We may update this Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
